Former champion Mutebi and Kakaire plot for Mbarara rally

Former national champion Nasser Mutebi and Peter Kakaire have had to cooperate to gain advantage over other competitors in Pine Ridge Mbarara Rally next weekend.
Kakaire and Mutebi went route reccing in Mbarara Saturday admitted sharing pace-notes ‘so as to learn from each other’.
“Kakaire is very good in tight corners and I am quite good on wide and longer routes. He will learn from my strong points and I will learn from his strength too,” Mutebi told Vision Online by telephone.
“Sometimes you have to cooperate especially in preparations. It’s an interesting route and I am optimist we shall come up great pace-notes.”
Strategic Execution Limited (SEL) Rally Team of Kakaire and co-driver Edward Kiyingi who took a sabbatical last season return in a new red Subaru N10.
“There is always room for improvement and I am open to new tactics and strategy. I won both the Clubman Rally Championship and Sprint championship in 2010,” Kakaire stated.
He added that, “I am now targeting the national championship. Count me among the top contenders for the 2012 title,” Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) driver Ismail Lule was in the company of Kakaire and Mutebi.
