It is not admissible that the UNO should appoint a genocidaire to head, or be part of, a UN team tasked with special-reporting on post genocide Rwanda.

Hege’s appointment by the UNSG to do precisely that is an abomination for which Ki Moon must hasten to tender apologies to the Rwandan government and people who’ve been grossly offended by Steve Hege’s unearthly and infamous reporting.

UN report by Hege and company must officially be discarded as null and void, if the UNO cares to safeguard bits of their dwindling honor.

Human Rights Watch (HRW) watch dogs and wolves must also beware. Rwandans have supremely sacrificed themselves over decades to salvage their dear old bastardized Rwanda (bastardized by who, HRW dogs?) to ensure no one turns up again to drop shit here. watch your steps henceforth, you dishonorable lot that go hunting for remnants of money: your reporting on Rwanda has been grossly biased because you are paid to paint post genocide Rwanda dark when you know it is bright. You work for whomsoever pays pittance to you, not for the Rwandan people. Stop tampering with the painstaking work President Kagame and his fellow countrymen and women have honorably done over the last 20 years, while you stood by the sidelines sneering and cursing. BEWARE AND BEHAVE.

Those lighthearted individuals and institutions that have of late been subverting Rwanda-Congo peoples’ friendly relations based on an age old informal & formal diplomacy, are wasting their time. Rwandan and Congolese people know better than all of you out there delivering unsavory political lessons to suit third parties’ hidden agenda that are only good at perverting Africa.  Anyone attempting to spoil the mighty good show down here in the great lakes region will have themselves to blame in no time. Nasty distractions and mean interferences are uncalled for at this juncture. We are still battling with titanic uphill tasks in Rwanda and Congo, and we have no time to devote to every Dick, Tom and Harry peddling rumors, lies and infamy. Good friends across the world who mean to build a brighter global world for Rwandan and Congolese posterity have positively teamed up with us for decades and we aren’t anywhere near reversing the trend.

Ignoramuses spreading the word round saying that development aid is being cut for Rwanda as a result of lies peddled in media jungles, are mistaken. International cooperation is a practice that is based on international legislation, not rumor-mongering and media caprices.  Did you not see, close to a week ago, the Dutch Ambassador to Rwanda disclaiming media reports claiming the government of the Netherlands had severed public development aid to Rwanda?
